But, as long as the man is not disabled it is felt that he should not be told of his condition so that he can live and work in peace and the company can benefit by his many years of experience...".
Since this time, some of the largest asbestos manufacturers in the United States, including Amatex, Carey-Canada, Celotex, Eagle-Picher Industries, Forty-Eight Insulations, Manville Corporation, National Gypsum, Standard Insulation, Unarco and UNR Industries, have all declared bankruptcy in order to be protected from their creditors, and otherwise obtain the legal means to successfully fund the ever increasing number of Mesothelioma Claims, settlements and verdicts obtained in the Courts.
